All our products are produced using the 'pure pasteurized process' in a variety of different formats to meet all of your foodservice needs. Our formulas range from our Premium Grade, where cheese is the #1 ingredient, to our Select Grade where cheese is the #3 ingredient, and to our Value Grade which is made from sustainable-resourced palm oil which contains no Transfat and no partially-hydrated oils. Our configurations center on popular foodservice sizes including 5lb Shreds, 160ct IWS and Bulk IWS, Blocks in 20lb and 40lb sizes, plus 5lb loaf.
